Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
3 bell peppers, assorted, diced
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup rice, raw
2 cups beef broth
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes , undrained
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Easy Stuffed Pepper Casserole

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Masu.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned. Excrete excess fat.
Add green pepper, uncooked rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning and mix. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Add cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
