Ingredients

2 packs of ramen noodles
4-6 boiled eggs
1 chopped onion

What you need for the spicy garlic butter sauce

2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 sticks of butter
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Old Bay Seasoning
Garlic-and-onion powder
Smoked paprika
Red chili flakes
Chipotle chili powder or regular chili powder
Oregano
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Melt the butter over medium heat and add the chopped garlic and onion. Add.
Cook for 3 minutes, add remaining sauce ingredients and reduce heat until everything comes to a boil.

Cooking time depends on your patience. Simmer for at least an hour so the onions turn golden brown. When ready, boil the pasta for 2 minutes and drain immediately. Mix 1/2 cup of the sauce with the pasta and add the eggs. Add the remaining sauce and enjoy!
