Epic Beef Nachos Supreme
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of tortilla chips (approximately 12 ounces)
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- Salsa 1/2 cup
Epic Beef Nachos Supreme
Prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
3. Add the minced meat to a frying pan and fry over medium heat until browned. Excretes fat.
4. Add taco seasoning and water to beef and mix. Once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
5. Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the tortilla chips.
6. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on top.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Top with tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and jalapeño slices.
9. Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
