FAMOUS CREAM PUFFS
Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1C Flour
4 eggs
Mom’s Famous Filling:
1 pint heavy cream
1 pack (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1/3 cup milk

Instructions:
add milk, butter, and vanilla and bring to a boil. Add flour.
Stir constantly until a ball forms, pulling away from the sides of the pot. Remove and let cool.
Stir in the four eggs in sequence until a smooth mixture forms.
From T. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you’ll need 8 sheets for large ones) and bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.
(Pro Tip: Once you remove it from the oven, poke it out with a toothpick, turn it off, put it back in the oven, and open the door while it cools. This will prevent any air from escaping.)
Let it cool .
Cut in half and pipe or spoon in the mom stuffing. Dust with powdered sugar or pour over melted chocolate.
