Four Cheese Baked Macaroni
Directions:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, stir, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until a roux forms.
Gradually add milk, stirring, and cook until thickened and smooth.
Stir in Cheddar, Mozzarella, Velveeta, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and well mixed. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Combine cooked macaroni and cheese sauce and mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, if using.
Bake for 30 minutes or until top is bubbly and golden brown. Serving Size: 6
