Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Dough:
- Separate each biscuit from the can. Cut each biscuit in half to create 16 smaller pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle with your fingers.
- Add the Cheese:
- Place a cheese cube in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal tightly, forming a small ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Make the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
- Bake:
- Brush each cheese bomb with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
Tips
- Cheese Variations: While mozzarella is classic, you can also use cheddar, pepper jack, or even brie for a different flavor.
- Serve with Dipping Sauce: These are delicious with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli.
- Storage: These are best enjoyed warm but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain the crispiness.
Enjoy these cheesy, buttery treats!
