Garlic Butter Chicken and Asparagus
Ingredients:
Chicken Bites:
Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs into bite-sized pieces
Season with salt and pepper
Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter
Fresh Garlic, minced
Lemon juice and zest
Fresh parsley, chopped
Asparagus:
Fresh asparagus, ends trimmed
Olive oil or melted butter (for drizzle)

Garlic Butter Chicken and Asparagus
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to a temperature suitable for roasting chicken, usually about 375°C F (190°C). C).
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, making sure each piece is well coated.
Place chicken on half of a baking sheet lined with baking paper or lightly oiled.
Prepare asparagus by tossing with olive oil or melted butter, salt, and pepper. Place on the other half of the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is cooked through and asparagus is tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the chicken and asparagus.
Garnish the chicken and asparagus with fresh parsley before serving. For extra flavor, add a final squeeze of lemon juice just before serving.
