Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the Cheeseburger Filling:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Mix in the diced pickles if using.

Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each one slightly with your hands.
