Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Cheeseburger Filling:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
    • Season with salt and black pepper, then stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
    • Mix in the diced pickles if using.
  3. Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:
    • Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each one slightly with your hands.
