Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll Out Dough:
Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12 x 8 inches.
  3. Add Toppings:
Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, basil, and any other toppings evenly over the sauce.
  4. Roll the Dough:
Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
  5. Slice:
Use a sharp knife to cut the log into 1-inch slices. You should get about 12-14 rolls.
  6. Arrange Rolls:
Place the slices cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.
  7. Bake:
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Prepare Garlic Butter:
While the rolls are baking, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the hot rolls as soon as they come out of the oven. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  9. Serve:
Serve warm with additional marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
