Hamburger and Potato Casserole
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 to 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom condensed soup or chicken Cream)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
Paprika or dried herbs (optional for seasoning)

Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare ingredients.
Heat oven to 350°F (175°). C) before C).
Peel the potatoes (if desired) and cut them into thin slices. Set aside.
Cook the ground meat:
Cook the ground meat and onions in a saucepan over medium heat until the meat is browned and the onions are soft. Excrete excess fat.

Stir condensed soup, milk, and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
Assemble the casserole.
In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the potato slices.

Layer with remaining potatoes, beef, and sauce.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 to 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown and bubbly.

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving to allow it to firm up and make cutting easier.
