Hearty Chicken Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients:

12 oz spaghetti
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup chicken broth
Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can (10.5 oz)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Hearty Chicken Spaghetti Bake

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F Preheat to (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté the onions, peppers, and garlic until soft.
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked spaghetti, sautéed vegetables, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and chicken soup.
Add oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper and mix.
Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and layer the remaining spaghetti mixture on top.
Top with remaining cup of mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
