Herb-Infused Butter for Steak
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
fresh 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper Zest of 1 lemon
Herb-Infused Butter for Steak
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, soften butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, and thyme. , rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed in the butter.
Pour the mixture onto plastic wrap or parchment paper and form into blocks.
Wrap the foil tightly around the butter and twist the ends to seal.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the butter is firm.
To serve, slice the butter and place on top of the hot grilled steak.
