  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 ½ cups (440g) powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup (65g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 5–6 tbsp (75–90ml) heavy cream or milk
