Ingredients:

• 1 large egg
• 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni slices
• Marinara sauce, 1/4 cup sugar – free
• Italian spices, optional
• Garlic powder, optional

Prepare:

8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
9. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl.
10. Add the grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the bowl and stir until well combined.
11. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
12. Sprinkle chopped pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the cheese layer.
13. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is completely melted and slightly golden, about 15 minutes.
14. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Roll up the cheese layer slowly and tightly starting at the edges.
15. Cut the bread into small pieces and serve warm with marinara sauce.
