Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or use thawed and drained frozen spinach)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
