Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Lasagna Rolls:
    • Lay each lasagna noodle flat on a clean surface.
    • Spread a few tablespoons of the filling evenly over each noodle.
    • Carefully roll up each noodle from one end to the other to form a roll.
  4. Arrange in Baking Dish:
    • Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
    • Place each lasagna roll seam-side down in the dish.
    • Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the rolls, ensuring each one is covered with sauce.
  5. Top with Cheese:
    • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the rolls.
  6. Bake:
    • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
    • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot.
