Lasagna Rolls

Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.

Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Assemble the Lasagna Rolls:
- Lay each lasagna noodle flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a few tablespoons of the filling evenly over each noodle.
- Carefully roll up each noodle from one end to the other to form a roll.

Arrange in Baking Dish:
- Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Place each lasagna roll seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the rolls, ensuring each one is covered with sauce.

Top with Cheese:
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the rolls.

Bake:
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot.
