2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Roll out the pizza dough on a cutting board and press into a 33 x 45 cm rectangle. Place the ham and cheese slices evenly on top.
Roll up tightly starting from the long end. Seal the seams and place seam side down. Cut into 12 slices, each about 1 inch wide. Arrange in a baking dish.
To make the glaze, combine the butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and poppy seeds in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir everything until smooth and pour evenly over the pinwheels.
