Lemon-Garlic Crawfish and Shrimp Fries
Ingredients:
– 2 cups frozen French fries
– 1/2 pound crawfish, peeled and deveined
– 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– Zest and juice of 1 lemon
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
– Lemon wedges for serving
Lemon-Garlic Crawfish and Shrimp Fries
Instructions:
1. Bake or fry Bake the fries according to package directions until golden and crisp. Set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Add the crawfish and shrimp to the pot and season with paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until seafood is cooked through.
4. Stir in the lemon zest and juice and return the cooked fries to the pot. Mix well to combine.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
6. Garnish with lemon and serve immediately.
