Instructions:

Bake the Fries:

Warm your oven as per the waffle fries’ package directions. Arrange the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until golden and crispy, about 15-20 minutes, flipping them midway.
Cook the Steak: 2. While the fries are baking, warm the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high flame. Toss the steak slices with garlic salt and black pepper. 3. Fry the steak until it’s well-seared and brown, approximately 4-5 minutes. Transfer the steak from the pan and keep it warm.

Sauté the Vegetables: 4. In the same pan, sauté the onions and green bell peppers until they are soft and have a light char, around 5-7 minutes.

Assemble the Loaded Fries: 5. Once the fries are crisp, take them out of the oven and pile them onto a serving dish. 6. Layer the browned steak and sautéed vegetables over the fries, and top with slices of American cheese.

Melt the Cheese: 7. Put the assembled fries back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese melts into a bubbly, golden blanket.

Serve: 8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Philly cheese steak fries hot, with your choice of dipping sauce.
