Lobster Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients:
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons pure olive oil
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
Lemon 2 tablespoons juice
1/4 cup softened butter
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Grated 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Lobster Shrimp Scampi

1. Preheat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
2. Cook shrimp until tender and pink, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Stir in chicken stock, white wine, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and reduce by half.
5. Return the shrimp to the pot. Add the softened butter, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until butter is melted and shrimp are well coated.
6. Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
7. Serve hot with boiled pasta or crusty bread.
