Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 /4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup cup mango puree

Glaze:
1 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup soft unsalted butter
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Toppings:
Mango, thinly sliced ​​mint leaves

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 177°C (350°F). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
3. In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and stir.
4. Also add the flour and milk mixture to the butter mixture. Start with the flour mixture and finish. Add mango puree and mix.
5. Divide the dough evenly between the prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
6. For the icing, mix cream cheese and butter until soft. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until the mixture is smooth and spreadable.
7. Freeze each layer of cooled cake and stack. Frost the outside of the cake. Garnish with mango slices and mint leaves before serving.
