Ingredients:

1 pound egg noodles
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated Swiss cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) Masu.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape into meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides. Remove and set aside.
To the same skillet, stir in the flour until drippings and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Add sour cream and Worcestershire sauce and mix. Return meatballs to pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, meatball mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
