Mom’s Butter Baked Chicken
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (I used boneless, skinless)
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter
Cream of Chicken 1 can soup
1/4 cup water

How to Make Mom’s Butter Roasted Chicken
Preheat oven to 350°F.
First, pour condensed milk into a small bowl…enough to cover the chicken. After soaking the chicken in milk, roll it in flour sprinkled with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a 13×9 skillet and cook the chicken in it at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Mix water, 1 can of soup, and the remainder of the can of evaporated milk. Bake for about 30 minutes, then flip the chicken over and pour the soup over it. Bake for another 30 minutes until nice golden brown.
