Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- Flour 4 large tortillas
- Grind 1 cup grated lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

Prepare:
In a saucepan over medium heat; Cook. Add the chili powder under the beef, then sauté the cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until brown and crumbly. Excrete excess fat.
Soften the tortillas in a separate pot or in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds.
Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce on top of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Divide the cooked beef evenly between the tortillas and place on top of the cheese sauce.
Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and if using, add jalapeño slices.
Place a small amount of sour cream on each plastic wrap.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll from bottom to top to enclose the filling.
Serve immediately or wrap in foil and keep warm until ready to serve.
