Ingredients

  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
  • ½ cup (120ml) fresh lemon juice (about 2–3 lemons)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping (Optional):
