No Bake Strawberry Heaven Cake
Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 cups graham cracker flour
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the filling:
2 packages softened cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (3.4 oz.) package
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
For the topping:
1 fresh strawberry cup (slice)
1/4 cup melted strawberry jam

Directions:
Prepare the dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Let rest in the refrigerator while you prepare the stuffing.
Make the filling:
In a large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Carefully mix in the sliced strawberries.
In a separate bowl, add the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk and mix until thickened.
Mix pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Mix the whipped cream until a smooth and creamy mixture forms.
Assemble the cake:
Distribute the filling evenly over the cooled base of the baking dish.
Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the filling.
Pour the melted strawberry jam over the strawberries.
Cool and serve:
Refrigerate cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy the taste of heaven!
