Introduction

Pepper Steak Pasta Delight is a hearty, flavorful dish that combines tender steak strips, sweet bell peppers, and a luscious, savory sauce over your favorite pasta. It’s the perfect fusion of comfort and elegance, making it ideal for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

For the Steak:

  • 1 lb (450g) flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For the Pasta:

  • 12 oz (340g) fettuccine, spaghetti, or penne
  • Salt, for boiling water

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream (optional for a creamy version)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional for thickening)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
