Peppered Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
– 2 pounds chicken wings
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
– 1 teaspoon sea salt
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 / 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Peppered Chicken Wings
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat to (200°C)
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Add the wings to the bowl and toss to coat completely with the spice mixture.
4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, being careful not to let them touch each other.
5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, 45 to 50 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
