Ingredients:

– 2 pounds chicken wings
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon paprika
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (for glazing)

Instructions:

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, making sure to coat them evenly.
3. Place the wings on the grill and roast until the skin is crispy and a thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 165°F (74°C), about 15 to 20 minutes.
4. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the BBQ sauce, if using, onto the wings to slightly caramelize.
5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
