Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup provolone cheese, sliced
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf
Prepare:
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C) ) Preheat ℃).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Press half of the meat mixture into the bottom of the loaf pan.
Place the provolone cheese slices over the meat, leaving a small border around the edges.
Cover with remaining meat mixture and press edges to seal.
Combine beef broth, ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl. Pour this sauce over the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour or until meatloaf is cooked through.
Let him rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
