Ingredients:

For the cake:

100g water
100g milk
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
80g butter
130g flour
3 eggs

For the custard filling:

2 eggs
150g sugar
Cornstarch 30g Arch
400g Milk
Vanilla Essence
50 g Butter

Directions:

Combine water, milk, salt, sugar, and butter in a saucepan. Heat the butter until it melts.
Add the flour and stir constantly to avoid lumps.
Cook until mixture thickens, 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and let cool.
Gradually add the 3 eggs and mix until a smooth and elastic dough forms.
Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool.
For the vanilla pudding filling:
Whisk the 2 eggs in a bowl with the sugar and cornstarch.
Heat the milk and vanilla in a saucepan until thickened.
Remove from heat, add egg mixture and stir until thickened.
Add butter and stir until melted.
Spread the vanilla pudding evenly over the cooled cake.
Carefully roll up the cake.
Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Dust with powdered sugar before eating.
