Raspberry White Chocolate Blondie
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 20cm square mold and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt until everything is well combined.
In a separate bowl, beat melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the mold for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
Once cool, cut into squares and enjoy. Enjoy with milk or tea!
