Preparation:

1. Combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl.
2. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, 1 to 2 hours.
5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line a baking tray with baking paper.
6. Cut out the proofed dough and place on the prepared baking sheet. Using your hands, press the dough into a rectangle or circle about 1 inch thick.
7. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let rise for another 30 minutes.
8. Use your fingers to create dimples all over the surface of the dough. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped fresh rosemary and coarse sea salt.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the focaccia is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting and serving.
