Ingredients:

1/2 pound raw shrimp
, peeled and deveined
2 salmon fillets (110-180g each)
170-225g grated Parmesan cheese
225g fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Cook the pasta:
Cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente, drain and set aside.
Saute the Garlic:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and saute for 1 minute until fragrant.
Cook the Seafood:
Add the shrimp and salmon to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and salmon is flaky, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from pot and set aside.
Make the Alfredo sauce:
In the same pot, add the cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat, add the grated Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth.
Combine ingredients:
Cut cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Return the salmon and shrimp to the pot with the Alfredo sauce and stir gently to combine.
Mix with Pasta:
Add the cooked fettuccine to the pot and stir until the pasta is coated with the sauce. Add the lemon juice and parsley and stir.
Serve:
Serve hot, garnished with parsley and grated Parmesan, if desired.
