Savory Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken soup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Savory Chicken Spaghetti
Directions:
Cook spaghetti noodles until al dente according to package directions Boil until Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and fry until golden brown and cooked through on both sides, about 6 to 8 minutes per side. Remove from the mold, let cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
In the same pot, add chopped onion, chopped garlic, and chopped bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes (with juice), condensed cream of mushroom soup, and chicken soup to the pot. Stir until well mixed and bring to a boil.
Add the boiled spaghetti noodles and sliced chicken to the pot. Stir until everything is evenly coated with sauce.
Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and cover the pot. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
