Ingredients:

– 200 g Ramen Noodles
– 300 g Seafood mix (prawns, crab legs, mussels)
– 1 liter seafood or chicken soup
– 2 corn halves
– 2 sausages sliced ​​
– 1 large onion, quartered
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 lemon, sliced ​​
– 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
– 4 green onions , chopped for garnish
– chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation:

1. Bring the soup to a boil in a large pot. Add seafood seasoning, soy sauce, chili flakes, onion, and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Add the corn, sausage, and lemon slices to the pot. Cook for another 10 minutes.
3. Add the mixed seafood and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, boil the ramen noodles according to package directions and drain.
5. Combine cooked ramen with seafood cooked in a pot. Stir gently to combine.
6. Serve the ramen noodles hot and garnish with chopped green onions and parsley.
