Seasoned Fries
Ingredients:
– 2 pounds russet potatoes
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon sea salt
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
Seasoned Fries
Directions:
1. Turn oven to 425°F (220°C) Preheat.
2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Leave the skin on to increase the consistency.
3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, and sea salt.
4. Toss the potato strips in the oil and spice mixture until well coated.
5. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, being careful not to touch each other too much.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
7. Once removed from the oven, sprinkle chopped fresh herbs over the still-hot fries.
