Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast
Ingredients:
– 3 to 4 pounds roast beef
– 1 package ranch dressing mix
– 1 package Auju gravy mix
– 8 pepperoncini peppers
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter
– 1/2 cup water
– 5 garlic pieces, chopped
– Season with salt and pepper
Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast
Preparation:
1. Place meatloaf in slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle ranch dressing mixture and au jus sauce mixture over roast.
3. Add the peperoncini peppers and garlic to the side of the roast.
4. Place a slice of butter on top of the roast.
5. Pour water into the bottom of the slow cooker, being careful not to wash away the spice mixture.
6. Cover and simmer over low heat for 8 hours or until roast is tender and falls apart easily.
7. Shred the meat with two forks, mix well with the pan juices and serve.
