Crock Pot Spaghetti with Ground Beef and Cheese
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
8 ounces spaghetti (broken in half)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crème fraîche
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Crock Pot Spaghetti with Ground Beef and Cheese
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef. Brown beef, discarding excess fat.
Place cooked ground beef in a baking dish. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chiles, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, stir in the folded spaghetti. Cover and cook over high heat for another 30-40 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
Stir cheddar and mozzarella until melted and well mixed.
Add the heavy cream and stir until everything is well mixed.
Serve spaghetti tacos with chopped fresh cilantro.
