Spinach Garlic Meatballs Stuffed with Mozzarella
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Meatball Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated but don’t overmix, as it can make the meatballs dense.
- Shape the Meatballs:
- Take about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center, then fold the meat around it, rolling it into a ball to seal the cheese inside.
- Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and mozzarella cubes.

- In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and sear each side until they’re browned (about 1-2 minutes per side).
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is melted inside.Cook the Meatballs:

Tips:
- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh basil or parsley to the meatball mixture.
