Garlic Herb Steak Bites with Roasted Vegetables
Instructions
1. Roast the Vegetables
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss carrots and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and slightly caramelized.
2. Cook the Steak Bites
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper. Sear them in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Lower the heat to medium, melt the butter, and add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the Italian herbs, then return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic herb butter.
3. Assemble and Serve
- Serve the steak bites alongside the roasted vegetables, garnished with fresh parsley.
