Steak Stir-Fried Ramen
Ingredients:
10 ounces thinly sliced steak
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 2 bags of ramen noodles, spices bag removed
– 1 green onion, thinly sliced for garnish
– 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
Steak Stir-Fried Ramen
Preparation:
1. Combine soy sauce, water, cornstarch, sugar, and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Brush with oil until smooth. Set this marinade aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak and cook until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
3. Pour the marinade over the cooked steak and stir constantly until the sauce thickens and coats the steak (about 2 minutes).
4. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pot with the steak and sauce. Mix everything together until the pasta is well coated and cooked through.
6. Serve grilled ramen noodles with green onions and sesame seeds.
