Sweet Walnut Pastries
Ingredients:
Egg
1 large
Unsalted butter 250 g
Sour sauce 5 TSP
Flour 450 g
Easy Bake yeast 10 g
Pinch of salt
Filling:
8 large eggs
Ground walnuts 300 g 300 g sugar
3 t bsbs
300g Sugar
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
Pinch of salt

35 x 25 cm
Sweet Walnut Pastries
Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour and yeast. Add soft butter, sour cream, eggs and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured work surface until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then add the walnut flour, sugar, bread crumbs, lemon juice, and salt and mix well.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread the walnut filling evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side to form a roll. Slice and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Wait until the rolls have cooled before serving.
