Taco Bell Nacho Fries
Ingredients:
2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package Taco Bell seasoning mix
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 jalapeño, sliced
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare French fries. Toss the potato slices with the olive oil and half of the Taco Bell seasoning until well coated.
Prepare the fries: Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat the nacho cheese sauce: While the fries are cooking, heat the nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave.
Assemble Nacho Fries: When fries are ready, sprinkle with remaining Taco Bell seasoning. Place the fries on a plate, drizzle with the warm nacho cheese sauce, and add the sour cream, jalapeños, tomatoes, green onions, and shredded cheese.
Serve now and enjoy Taco Bell-style nacho fries.
