  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar

For the Milk Chocolate Mousse:

  • 4 oz (115 g) milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar

For the White Chocolate Mousse:

  • 4 oz (115 g) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar

Optional Garnish:

  • Chocolate shavings, curls, or cocoa powder
