Instructions

    • Repeat the same process as for the dark chocolate mousse, using milk chocolate.
    • Spread the milk chocolate mousse evenly over the dark chocolate layer. Chill for another 20 minutes.
  4. Prepare the White Chocolate Mousse:
    • Repeat the same process as for the dark chocolate mousse, using white chocolate.
    • Spread the white chocolate mousse evenly over the milk chocolate layer. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Chill and Set:
    • Refrigerate the assembled cake for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, to allow the mousse layers to set completely.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    • Carefully remove the cake from the springform pan. Garnish with chocolate shavings, curls, or a dusting of cocoa powder. Slice and serve chilled.
