Tropical Mango Tiramisu Delight
Ingredients:
For the mango mix:
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 cup mango juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the mascarpone cream:
1 cream Cups
1/2 cup mascarpone cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To assemble the tiramisu
1/2 cup brewed coffee, chilled
24 Lady Fenger
Cocoa powder
Tropical Mango Tiramisu Delight
Prepare:
Diced mango , mix mango juice, sugar and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the mangoes have softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and let cool.
Prepare the mascarpone cream:
3. Place the cream in a mixing bowl and whisk until soft peaks form.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
Slowly fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
Assemble the Mango Tiramisu:
6. Dip each ladyfinger lightly in the cooled coffee and place a layer of soaked cookies on the bottom of the plate.
Pour half of the mango mixture over the ladyfingers and distribute evenly.
Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture on top, spreading it to the edges of the mold.
Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, mango mixture, and mascarpone cream.
Cool and serve:
10. Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
Sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface of the tiramisu before eating to give it an elegant finish.
