Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans drained tuna (5 oz each)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or crème fraîche)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 red onion, chopped /4 cup chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: lettuce leaves, tomato slices, bread or wraps, etc.

Directions:
Large mixing Place the drained tuna in a bowl. , mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (or crème fraîche), Dijon mustard. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Add the finely chopped celery, chopped red onion, diced cucumber, and fresh lemon juice to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Season the tuna salad with salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the tuna salad for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Once cool, serve the tuna salad on lettuce leaves with tomato slices, or as a topping for sandwiches or wraps.
