Ingredients:

  •  2 ribeye steaks, approximately 1-inch thick
  •  Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  •  2 tablespoons olive oil
 For the Herb Butter:
  •  4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  •  1 clove garlic, minced
  •  1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  •  1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  •  1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  •  Salt and pepper, to taste

Ultimate Grilled Ribeye Steak

Directions:

1. Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature, about 30 minutes before grilling.
2. Preheat your grill to high heat.
3. Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and pepper, then rub each steak with olive oil.
4. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the herb butter until well combined. Set aside.
5. Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
7. Top each steak with a dollop of the prepared herb butter before serving.
