Ingredients:

3 bags of jelly
350 ml of water (per bag of jelly)
700 ml of sour cream (15 t)
100 g of powdered sugar
25 g of gelatin
50 ml of water (for gelatin)
5 waffles

Preparation:

Preparation Add 350 ml of water per package of jelly according to package instructions. Cool to room temperature.
Combine sour cream and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, add 50ml of water and gelatin and let it soak for a few minutes. Then microwave it for 20-30 seconds until completely melted.
Gradually add the dissolved gelatin to the sour cream mixture, stirring constantly.
Break the waffles into small pieces and place them in the bottom of the cake pan.
Pour a layer of sour cream mixture over the waffles.
Place the cake pan in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to firm up slightly.
Once the sour cream layer has hardened slightly, pour the prepared jelly layer on top.
Repeat the process of layering the waffles, sour cream mixture, and jelly until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of jelly on top.
Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
Slice and serve chilled.
